	At our recent closing, we discovered to our great annoyance that our 
final HUD was over $7,000 less than the GFE.  We'd been scrambling to make sure 
we had enough money to cover the closing costs because we had no idea how close 
or off the GFE was.
	At least it was less.  Can you imagine if it was the other way and they 
had to send us away to scrape up another $7,000?
