Huh? Do you mean "pick any year in the last hundred and ask yourself
how much any given house was worth ten years previously?"?
That is known as inflation my friend, you don't make money out of
inflation. Besides if something has been increasing and increasing
over a hundred years does that make it *more* or *less* likely it will
increase during the next ten?
