 I have a flat roof on my house with currently a roof consisting of
rolls of rubberoid  that were laid out.  In getting a new bid for a new
roof, a roofer wants to put an epmd rubber roof on top of this
sheeting?
Is this proper? Has anyone had it done? Any replies are much
