You'd have to ask. They wouldn't know. They would refer to you a
different department who would then say it varied according to which
way the wind was blowing and they couldn't put anything in writing as
to what their charges were and they didn't have a leaflet about them
either. They'd then promise to ring you back again with more info
about it and then not.
Oh hang on, you didn't include Bank of Scotland there.
Seriously though if its a regulr thing then try that citibank US $
account - apparently thats free. But not for business use.
