Be wary of cheap on line / telephone deals.  If they are cheaper then must
have cut costs somewhere, and that could be in the claims department.  I
have just had a terrible experience with a supermarket offering on line
insurance.  It sometimes pays to go with a broker who will be there when you
need them.  Hindsight and experience make one a little wiser.
