Scamsters do exist, you know. Or maybe you feel that scamsters
never give a good deal?

Thousands of people get scammed by offers which so entrance them by
the improbably good deal being put forward that they forget to
exercise their normal judgement. They closed their eyes.
I am not saying 18866 are a bunch of scamsters. There is no
evidence of that. And I don't think you can say they are not
scamsters. Because there is no evidence of that either.

I am saying that if you get offered a deal which is too good to be
true then perhaps it is, er, too good to be true.
Just because their billing is pretty accurate, as you point out,
doesn't tell you if there is a problem or not. I don't think anyone
said they were "ha'penny slicing" on bills by unfair rounding.
