Professional Sources, not one opinion.
·Complete the Necessary Listing Paperwork & Collect Supporting
Exhibits such as Keys, Surveys, Mortgage Information, etc.
·Help Owner Decide on Location for Yard Sign, if Allowed
·Leave the "Preparation Checklist" and Advise you as to Any Positive
Enhancements that can be Made to the Property in Order to Attract More
Buyers to Your Property
·Establish the Owner's Preference for the Frequency of Follow-up
Reports
·Inspect Mechanical Components for Home Warranty Coverage
·Leave Business Cards with Owner to Give to Buying Prospects
Tomorrow's Action Plan -
·Turn in Listing Package & Begin Verification of Listing Information
·Submit Listing to the Company Sales Team to Review for Their Buyers
·Submit Listing to Local Multiple Listing Service(s)
·Insure that the Listing is Placed on the Internet
·Schedule Property for Office Tour
·Disribute Listing to Office Associates & Affiliate Offices
·Mail & Call Surrounding Homeowners to Announce the New Listing
·Order Yard Sign to be Installed
