That was in 1974 and the trasaction was seller financed after 35%
down.  There was no stipulation regarding my living in the home.

No fraud here ...  I did pay a bank a big wad of cash to take a
deed-in-lieu of foreclosure on an office building many years ago that
they sold me from their REO department (I ate a $70K loss).

How about you?   Do you actually buy property or just buy books?  I'm
dying to know the truth if you have any to share.
