Thanks, guys, I had not thought about the humidity and mold threat.  I
guess that means I better check out the climate-controlled storage
option for my books as well.  I'm not emotionally attached to any of
the furniture, I just don't want to see it wasted, either by weather
or renters.  (I realize there will be some wear and tear.)
