Furniture doesn't always store very well.  You might want to sell
it, and maybe take the one or two heirloom pieces with you.  If
you do store it, look for indoor climate controlled storage that
has active rodent management.  If you put the stuff in those
strip storage shed type places, what the rodents don't ruin,
mold will.
