I own and live in a house in northern Virginia, the DC suburbs. I'm
soon going to have to leave the area to take care of my aging parents,
but I intend to return eventually, so I plan to rent out my house,
using a property manager. Getting a renter who will be kind to the
house is a high priority. The question is, what should I do with my
furniture? I can't take it with me. Should I leave it in the house
and rent it out as furnished, or would it be better to put the
furniture in storage till I return?

Ideas or experience appreciated...
