Yes, certainly. Houses have been moved that far in the past. The
real question is if it is practical. Each mile you go adds to the
cost, and is one more mile that might be full of obstructions that
have to be worked around.
You might be able to disassemble the house and move it piece by
piece. That might leave you with a lot of finish work. I suspect
it might cost less to simply build a duplicate house, then sell
the original. Or donate it to the local fire department and take
a tax deduction.
