Westport Capital's project will be completed in a deal with an Indian
real estate development company. The project is scheduled to occupy 60
acres of land and will contain over 300 villas of 3,500-Sq Ft each.
Westport said it has already reserved several units for sale. The
company is targeting private owners. According to a spokesperson from
Westport, the villas will take four years to build and the project
