Investors,
Please let me explain in detail what we might be able to accomplish for 
the person that has investors that wants a cash flow.



We have properties and complete subdivisions all over the country 
offered to WPI from builders that we have contracts with for our 
investment groups to purchase. We offer these properties to investment 
groups at 80 to 90% of appraised value. This way they can cash out the 
equity in the property tax free.



We then in turn can offer a turnkey package to our investor groups if 
they want it and place someone in each one of the properties through a 
property management firm in that city. We can offer the properties just 
for rent or we can offer them as owner financing, rent-to-own, or 
lease-to-own. Depending on the investors short and long term goals.



We can also do a buyers seminar for the investment group too. This is 
where WPI goes into a city and advertise for 3 to 4 months prior to 
coming into that city with a buyer’s seminar. Prior to advertising in 
that one city, WPI purchases as many properties as possible. We get all 
of the builders, realtors, investors, rehabbers, FSBOs, and anyone else 
that wants to sell a property to give us a list. We then have the buyers 
go out, look the properties over, and come back the next weekend with a 
first come, first serve program. We can turn over a large amount of 
houses in those 2 weeks. The investment group holds all the notes on the 
properties creating a cash flow for the group.
