Many factors point towards Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) as being a
key area for property investment at the moment. These are all led by
membership of the EU. ž Structural reform in the transitional
economies of CEE countries, especially those which have joined, or are
predicted to join the EU, is directed towards economic growth.
ž Membership of the EU brings increased globalization, which in turn
enriches economies.
