I'm a wholesaler in FL.  I'm also toying with the idea of getting into 
the So Cal market where I grew up.  Let me know what you're looking 
for.... We typically have properties 30-50% or more below market value, 
some with positive cashflow.

Latest property is $55k and value is about $100k.
