Thank you for your solution.  I have no experience with these tankless
systems.  I plan on building a two storey home with a full basement and each
floor having a bathroom.  Would this mean that I will need a tankless system
for each bathroom?  Also how does a tankless system compare in cost to a
water tank both initial purchase and ongoing operation.
