My fridge water dispenser was also very slow.  I learned by downloading the
exploded parts diagrams just how my fridge was built.  Turns out a fan
shroud was knocked off during delivery (or was not properly installed to
begin with).  This allowed the water reservoir inside the fridge to slowly
freeze.
