Hello All,

I have a handyman coming to fix my rehab. He does not have workers
comp or general liability. However, he agreed to sign a waiver, which
would free me of all liability while him and his crew are working on
my rehab.

Questions:

1. Is a waiver form sufficient protection for me?

2. Does anyone have a sample waiver form which you have used in the
past, that I can look at?
