I just got my monthly statement for my Halifax Platinum
credit card. There's a small slip of paper inside to say
that their cashback rate is going down to 0.25% and
that there will be a max annual payout of £190. This
is looking like a pathetic deal now. I'm thinking of changing.

Does anyone know of any cards offering 1% BUT also
with any sort of guarantee that they will hold the level
of payout for some period of time? Changing credit card
is a hassle so I prefer not to get caught out again.
