Subject: Is this prepaid mastercard legal here in the uk ? Your opinions greatly appreciated

There is a uk business called freedom financial solutions / freedom
international who are advertising a prepaid mastercard.Surely this
contravenes the us patriot act 2001 that involves foreign money in us
accounts ?

They sell the card for 99 pounds a time and people get hit with
numerous charges per month.The money is held in a us bank account
though.

The actual card is a 'Instabanc card' that is blue and white in
colour.They also have around 500 agents who are going to promote this
via mlm so expect to get loads of them with ads everywhere u turn. :)

They also say they have the sole european rights to market the card
with their business partners 'capital management uk'.Does this sound
right ?

Is this card worth the hassle for someone who cannot get a decent bank
card to make purchases ?

Are INSTABANC a reputable company ?

There has been so many 'scammers' in this market before that i am just
wary now of buying one before i check out the information etc.
