Appliances per unit include central HVAC, hot water tank, dishwasher, stove, fridge, and garbage disposal.  Property also has a storage shed. 
The units share a common yard and garden.  Tenants maintain surrounding flower beds and garden.  Landlord maintains grass.  Close to freeways, and shopping.  Property is surrounded by long term vacant land on side and back, with a drainage ditch on the other side which is adjacent to single family homes.  Area was not affected by Allison or Rita.
