What about the Medicare Part B?  Part D?  Probably the max amount, but
simply adding up the deposits alone does not tell you what needs to go 
on the tax form (including possible Sched. A. medical deductions).

You can call the SSA at their 800 number, and when you eventually get an 
operator (just keep on saying "operator" to the 
voice-recognition-menu-from-hell), and verify your identity, they can 
tell you the correct box 3 and box 5 amounts from the SSA-1099.
