A seller wants a buyer but couldn't find one so they hire a listing agent.
If they call a buyers agent, the buyers agent will transform magically into
a listing agent. Duh.

You're in fantasy land. Most vultures are felons who can barely read or
write never mind hold a license.

Then the buyer cuts out their range of choices by over 85%. You buy a
vulture home you get a home that looks good on the surface but wait till you
live there for a while. All the stuff they polished up begins to fall apart.
Then what do you do? They're not licensed. They're all protected under
LLC's. Anyone who (knowingly) buys from a vulture is a moron. They of course
mislead buyers into thinking they're a private owner.
