Actually, Iraq had just submitted thousands upon thousands of pages
of documentation, but before anyone had had a chance to fully read
it, the US decided they didn't want to read it the report but would
rather go to war. Also, as was clear then and is clear now, Saddam
did not have any WMD. That means the inspections and sanctions worked.
Don't let the Bush administration fool you into believing that the
sanctions and inspections were ineffective. The simple fact that
Saddam did not have any WMD proves that they worked.
