According to what I have read, the only people that say Kerry
"flip-flops" are republicans whose only method of dealing with
reality is to call people names based on their own poorly based
interpretation of their oppositions records. From what I have
read, Kerry has been more consistant than Bush, who has never
even figured out why he invaded Iraq.
