Finding a real estate agent is easy. Finding a good real estate agent
is more difficult. There are many questions that should be asked
before hiring an agent to help you with what could be your biggest
investment. Most people either don't ask any questions or don't know
the right questions to ask. Following is a sample question that
should be asked when interviewing a real estate agent. For more
information and a list of the top 10 questions to ask when
interviewing an agent go to: http://www.agenthunt.com and click on

4. Are you a Part-Time or Full-Time Agent?
The real estate industry is always changing. New laws are enacted and
old laws are changed. Real estate agents are increasingly taking on
more responsibility for the transaction. It takes a full-time agent
to keep up with these changes to the law, industry standards and
responsibilities. Full-time is not only a function of time. It is
also a level of commitment. For some agents, real estate is a hobby,
a side business, or a second or even third source of income.
