GE is beginning to do this with Mexico, from the US.  This is a pilot
program, and there are tons of brokers waiting in line for this.  I suggest
you call GE Capital and ask them.  I do not know the guidelines (down
payment, income requirements, etc.  Good luck, and PLEASE post here whatever
you find :)
