I have found a great tenant for my storefront. Perfect match. He wants
it for his office for 4 to 8 years. 4 to 8, a landlords dream. So
here's the catch. The potential tenant is a public figure and the old
storefront now needs a complete handicapped accessible makeover. I
don't know how it happened but somehow this landlord thing finds way
to becomes more interesting every day.

So back to the make over. Picture this, two areas to make over. #1 the
bathroom, #2 the entry needs a ramp....
