Like dropping off a cliff!  The best thing that you can do is to sell
as fast as you can!  Accept any offer that anybody is stupid enough to
make to you - you probably will never see anything close to that again
for years.  Pay somebody to take your property off your hands, if
that's what you have to do!  Unfortunately, the tax value will lag
behind for several years, so you'll be stuck paying high taxes on dirt
that you couldn't pay to have hauled away.  Get out now, while you
still can!!!!!!
