This is Turtle.

Go down to the small claims court office and file eviction papers on them. File
it and it will be about 1 to 6 weeks before you get a court date and if the
don't show up or not. They will be served with a 15 day notice to be gone. If
they come back and file a hardship claim at their expence. They can get the 15
days put up to 30 days before they are escorted out by the sheriff office. By
what you have said so far your only choice is to just file and get it over with
or learn to enjoy their presence.

Now if you wanted to go to the HUD housing apartments and get them a apartment
and the rent is based on what you make. If he makes $350.00 every 2 weeks he
would have to pay about $150.00 a month for rent with no electric , gas, or
water bills. Hook him up for he will bite and tell him to take the couch with
him.

Some helpers for sending a message would be cancel the cable service for TV, Put
a lock box on the thermostat to the hvac system and turn it off when you
leave -- if he breaks the lock on the thermostat. File distruction of private
property on him or her and that is grounds for a on the spot eviction from the
house., and last take a small 2 or 3 week vacation to visit friends and
relatives but cut the electric , water, and gas service off to the house while
your gone. If they move out while your gone which they will becauise no dead
beat will live with out air conditioning, water, and TV / radio / lights /
entertainment. When you come back change the locks and you set.

He really thinks you will not do anything and will push it till you file. If you
file , he will really start looking for another place in a hurry.
