Short answer is whatever you think it is worth. I in the last few months
have seen properties go anywhere from 10% under the valuation price to 45%
over the val price. The rules have been thrown out the window and got
caught in the mangle on the way I am afraid.
Just out of curiousity, Where abouts in Glasgow are we talking?
