Put money in a Roth IRA first, but remember you can probably only
contribute $4000 per year.  That's probably not enough retirement
savings -- a 401(k) lets you save up to $15000 pretax dollars. (They
eventually get taxed at regular income rates even if they are mostly
capital gains at that point, so you may can do better saving after-tax
dollars if you are careful.)
