I definitely smelled the burning odor and it wasn't yummy! I went and
bought a 60-tooth carbide-tipped blade based on the help I received here and
the recommendation on the display where the blades were. Too bad I asked
for help from the salesperson last time but at least I got the luan subfloor
cut with the old blade before it "burned".
