What are those like?  The only ones I've ever seen the insides of are
the ones on TV sitcoms where the residents are considered "trailer
trash" etc.  Such as when Roseanne's daughter Becky moved into a
trailer with her new husband Mark.

I would think factory-built housing could be better and more reliable
than houses constructed by local workers of unknown reliability.  But
that's not the general perception.
