I work in spurts. I make alot of money in a short period of time then I
party/travel. If I worked full time I estimate I would be making 500k for a
365 day 40 hr. week. I only work maybe 150 days a year 20 hrs. a week to
make 90k. As a rule of thumb, I need to make at least $200 an hour gross or
I would find a better product/company. I also sell solar water and pool
heaters. With that I make $800 commission for a hour and a half presentation
and I close 75% of them first time out and I never have to see the people
again. I've been doing that for the past 20 years so I'm a little spoiled.
Realty is by far more hard work and more stress per dollar by far.

It's my prediction nothing much will change in realty in 5-10 years. NAR is
committed to that and I see they're pretty powerful. Same with health care.
The AMA will keep the status quo for a long time. Money talks.
