Why not add the $10,000 or so" to the asking price and list it in the MLS?
If you have time, what have you got to lose? I listed hundereds of home side
by side in the MLS 10% higher than in FSBO systems and the MLS consistantly
out performed the FSBO system even with the inflated price.
