Amortized Payment/30 YR Fully Amortized Payment
- Purchase Loans to 70% Financing (LTV); 80% Financing (CLTV) is
allowed with a 10% Seller Second
- Refinance Loans to 65% Financing (LTV)
- Only a Three Year Prepay Penalty (2% for 3 years)
- 30 YR ARM Is Based Upon the COSI Index
