Unless you're a really experienced buyer who likes to fill out paperwork
and deal with escrow companies, at this point it makes sense to find
yourself a buyer's agent rather than to handle the transaction yourself.
It costs nothing to do so since the commission paid to the listing agent
gets split with the buyer's agent, and you have the advantage of having
an agent represent your interests as opposed to those of the seller.
