a) after the bubble pops, they (or their heirs) will be lucky to get
300K for that "1M house".

b) If they are truly not concerned about what the resale price of their
house is after they die, can my lawyer contact them? I will be happy
to sign a contract to buy their house for 10 cents on the dollar after
their death. They are "not concerned", right? So there would be no
reason for them not to sign this deal.
