Have a brand new home about to be for sale in Las Vegas.  FSBO not
listed on the MLS yet.  Basic info:

~2000 square foot
brand new construction in a new community
some upgrades but nothing over-the-top
4 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath
On the northern end of town near Lamb & Las Vegas Blvd.

Would ideally like to do a rent-to-own (lease w/option to buy),
credit-challenged is ok as I can work with that.  Asking $10k deposit,
can offer an attractive rent/deposit credit off the final purchase
price also.
