Subject: What Businesses Profit from Foreclosures?

During the past few years mortgage companies, inspection companies,
appraisal companies, and agents have made an absolute killing. Assuming
that the so called "bubble" might burst soon, I want to get everyone's
opinion as to what sort of businesses (small and large) may benefit
from foreclosures? I can't seem to come up with much other than
attorneys (especially the divorce kind :)
