I hope you noticed that your finaid.org citation conflicts 
with my finaid.org citation and my other citation. Mine says 
home equity is an input in some instances; yours says it is 
not. Etc. People can I think google at this point.

I think we need more authoritative citations before we can 
declare this as fact for most, many, or all lenders.
