I heard yesterday that in Spain, there is a law
that requires all new buildings to have solar panels
since (A) Spain is sunny, and (B) it's important
to wean that country -- like ours -- off of petroleum
related fuels. The law seems like a good idea,
but I wonder if the USA will ignore the good example
it represents.
