Hi all,

We have a 2 bedroom apartment that we are planning on renting out.  Our
rental agreement is geared towards a 1 year lease.  We had some calls
on "month to month" options but have no really thought that out.

We are looking for some suggestions on a premium that one would charge
short term renters, how does one determine the premium, should it be a
one time thing before they leave or just built into the rent per month?


Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  We are in Kentucky
- incase that helps.
