I have a lovely home in Arkansas that is in the city limits, all city
utilities, on 8 1/2 acres. This home has heated pool spa new kitchen,
selling bellow appraisal value at least $20,000. I need to move closer
to my husbands' Cardiologists due to medical reasons. This property is
close to many lakes and would make a good home for someone or no
problem in keeping it rented.
I am asking $80,000 with min. $30,000 down and balance in 10-15 years
or
if you can qualify for a mortgage I will carry a 10-15% 2nd payoff in
5
years.
The home is located 100 miles south Ft. Smith.
