OK.....my realtor in NC has received numerous inquiries on my property I'm
selling in southern Franklin Co., just north of Raleigh, NC. There's a common
theme w/ most the the serious prospects.....they can't get traditional
mortgages because my property is considered non-conforming RE. It's 7.8 acres,
improved, w/ a very old single wide mobile home, not bricked in at foundation. 
So, now we're in need of someone to provide a little creative financing for
qualified buyers. If someone out there is doing this kind of investing or knows
