The median Home Price in Tallahassee for single family homes is
$192,000. That means half the homes are priced below that and half
above that.

I would like to say that real estate in Tallahassee is hot, and the
demand for housing grows
as the supply is very limited right now. Interest rates are starting to
go up, and will be making a
bigger raise toward the end of the year. Therefore, now is the time to
buy. I keep up with the
market and can help you find the best deals in the area, and what do
look out for, as well
as what my technology program can do to either help you find a home, or
to sell your home
in the quickest manner possible. I am about Win/Win situations.

I would ask a Realtor you want to do business with the following
questions:
1. How will you use technology to sell my home or to help me buy a
home?
2. Will you list my home or sell my home? (There is a big difference)
3. How will you followup with me and how often?
4. Do you have a reduced commission plan?
