You should have been looking quite a while ago.  Have you considered Indian
Lake Estates?  Half acre lost are going between $38K - $40K.  If you are
interested, I am putting a trade together on a double lot there.  It will be
an acre but, it will have to go for twice the price of a single.  However,
it is absolutely a choice parcel.  I should have the deal put together by
the middle of the month.  If interested, post back here, as my email address
is not for real.
