Precisely. You'll notice in the first line it
says 'elevator access'. I'm guessing that, given 
the same enhancements, these would be a bit more 
desirable than the neighbourhood walk-ups. 

I'm talking similar age/layout buildings, too;
I'm trying to avoid comparing old apples and 
new oranges.
